Obama is getting terrible advice. His own instincts are not much better. I think his handlers are basing how he should act on what he did back in September of '09 when the economy started to tank. He was so calm and cool. His handlers what Obama to project that all the time, even when the situation does not call for it.
The only time Obama is animated is when he's talking about the evil pernicious banking industry and how "we want our money back." Would that he show the same emotion as that when confronting national security issues or aborted terrorist attacks.
Nov. 2010 can't come soon enough. You know those lefty bumper stickets that had the date "1/22/09"..referring to the date when Bush would leave office? Maybe we should get some bumper stickers with the date of the November mid-term elections.
